These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of engineering services by MULTILEVEL TECHOLOGIES SDN BHD Company to the client. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services

We provide professional engineering consulting and design services within the scope agreed upon in a formal proposal, quotation, or contract. Any additional services outside of the agreed scope will require a new agreement or written authorization and may incur additional fees.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information, data, and documentation.
  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all regulatory and legal requirements are communicated clearly.
  • Maintain all necessary permits, permissions, and licenses, unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services will be outlined in the proposal or agreement.

  • We will perform our services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence in accordance with industry standards.
  • We do not guarantee project outcomes or approval by regulatory authorities.
  • Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for those services.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or governmental actions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to remedy it within [e.g., 14] days. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of MALAYSIA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
